The white brined cheese is made of whole fat cow milk with added yeast of lactic acid bacteria, through rennet coagulation, with the required processing and undergone the whole process of ripening, intended as food. It was manufactured in an ecologically clean mountain area under an original Bulgarian recipe. Considering the valuable ingredients of the raw cow milk the nutritionists recommend it and classify it as very good for people of all ages. It is used for salads, hors d'oeuvres, entrees, or as an ingredient in meatless dishes from the Bulgarian national cuisine. It is manufactured under the brands Belcho i Sivushka and Za Gosti.

Ingredients:
500 g. fresh strawberries
55 g. icing sugar
3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
250 g. cheese "Belcho i Sivushka"
2 tbsp of powdered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/4 bunch of peppermint
Preparation:
• Wash and cut the strawberries in 2 or 4 halves.
• Mix the strawberries, the balsamic vinegar and the sugar in a bowl.
• Cover them and refrigerate them for 20 minutes.
• Meanwhile mix the cheese, the powdered sugar and the vanilla essence in a smaller bowl.
• Cut the peppermint into very small pieces and mix them with the strawberries.
• Devide in 4 cups.
• Garnish with Mascarpone cheese on top.
